Where is the studio located?
FORM HAUS is a private boutique studio located in Southeast Atlanta. The studio address and arrival details will be provided in your booking email after registration. Parking is available in the driveway or via street parking directly in front of the studio.

Do I need Pilates experience?
No experience is necessary. Our classes are designed for all levels, and instructors provide modifications and guidance throughout class.
Which class should I take first?
We recommend starting with a foundations or all-level class if you're new to Pilates.
2. Before You ArriveWhat should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable workout attire and grip socks. Bring water—we provide the rest.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class for a brief studio and equipment introduction.
3. Memberships & Class PacksWhat's the difference?
Memberships are recurring monthly plans that offer the best value for regular attendance. Class Packs are one-time purchases that provide flexibility without a monthly commitment.
Do memberships auto-renew?
Yes, memberships automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled according to your agreement.
4. Booking & CancellationsHow do I book a class?
Classes can be reserved online or through our booking platform on our ‘Book Now’ page.
What is the cancellation policy?
Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid late cancellation fees.
What if I'm late?
For safety and to minimize disruptions, late arrivals beyond 5 mins may not be admitted once class begins.

Please consult your physician and notify your instructor before class so appropriate modifications can be offered.
Are grip socks required?
Yes, grip socks are required for all reformer classes for safety and hygiene.
