With a foundation rooted in ballet and jazz and years of experience helping others move with confidence, she brings artistry, precision, and a whole lot of energy to every class.
A certified Barre Instructor since 2017, Kaneisha expanded her expertise by earning certifications in Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Chair Pilates in 2024. She is also the creator of The K. Montague Method™, her own barre certification program through which she trains and certifies future barre instructors.
Known for her warm personality and form-focused coaching style, Kaneisha believes movement should be both effective and enjoyable. Her classes blend education, challenge, and fun, helping clients understand the why behind the work while building strength, confidence, and a deeper mind-body connection. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned mover, she creates a space where everyone feels welcome, empowered, and inspired to grow.

Tia is a comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor and 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) who believes movement should nourish both body and mind.
Her classes are where strength meets soul—thoughtfully designed to challenge, energize, and inspire. Blending technical precision with intuitive coaching, Tia creates an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and empowering for every client. She has a unique ability to meet people exactly where they are while helping them discover new levels of strength, confidence, and ease.
